What are the invitations and announcements printed on TOP
Your photo invitation or photo announcements is printed onto high quality fuji crystal arhival photo paper. We recommend printing onto a matte finish however this option is only available with 4x6 prints.
How do I submit my order TOP
When you have found a design that you like, you simply click on this design and you can fill out the order form. Please do not use upper-case unless this is how you would like it to appear on your invitation or announcement.
Please supply two alternate email address's if you have them as sometimes for different reason's your sample may not arrive. If we experience problems we then have an alternate email address to send your invitation to you.
How long does it take to receive my proof TOP
If you have not received a proof within 48 hours, please contact us as your photo's may not have been received or there maybe a problem emailing the sample to you.
What is the minimum order TOP
There is a minimum order of 20 invitations and or announcements to be ordered.
What are the postage costs TOP
Photo Invitations and announcements will ship your order to you within Australia free of charge.
International orders have a flat fee of $12.00
How long does it take to receive my order TOP
Once you have approved your design via email, we guarantee delivery within 8 business days (within Australia). International orders usually take between 10-12 days however may take up to 21days.
We do not take responsibility for the order once it has been posted. If you would like your order sent by registered post, please contact us prior to placing your order.
How many changes can I make to the design TOP
Our aim is to have your design perfect the first time however we do allow up to 3 changes free of charge. Once you have reached your limit there is an additional fee of $2.00 per change which needs to be paid before the next sample is sent.
How do I send my images to you TOP
If you would like your images placed into a particular order, please state this when emailing your photo's. You can either refer to filenames or rename your files.
What payments do you accept TOP
We accept credit card payments through paypal, bank deposits and also money orders.
Will the invitation look exactly as is shown on my computer TOP
Colours can vary when printed and may look slightly different due to (but not limited to) different monitor settings, ambient light, monitor brands, monitor resolution, etc. Printing onto different mediums may also create a colour variation.
Can you edit my photo's TOP
Yes. We can change photo's to black and white or sepia for you, remove red-eye. We can also remove unwanted backgrounds on most photo's for you free of charge.
What resolution should my photo's be TOP
We recommend a minimum of 300dpi images. You should set your camera to the highest setting. All images need to be emailed to us as jpeg files.
You want your design to stand out and unfortunately low resolution images usually distort and we are unable to do anything to prevent this.
Can you scan my photo's for me? TOP
Yes. There is a fee of $10.00 for this service and a self addressed envelope needs to be included so we can post the photo's back to you. We do suggest you copy the photo's before sending to us as we do not take any responsibility for items that have gone missing in post.
What currency are your prices in? TOP
All prices are in Australian dollars.

Can I use professional photo's on my design? TOP
Yes, if you have rights to the images. By sending us and requesting for these
professional images to be placed on your invitation, you are agreeing to our strict specification that you have permission from the photographer of the image to use and re-print these images on your invitation. By agreeing to this, photo invitations and announcements will not be held
responsible for any legal issues regarding the use or printing of these images, the responsibility will be placed on the customer from which the images belong.
Do you use my design on your website? TOP
We will always ask your permission to use your invitation or announcement on our site. All personal details will be changed, this includes surnames, address, phone numbers, etc to protect your privacy.
Can you change the colours or fonts on a design? TOP
On most designs we can change the colour theme and fonts. Some designs have a patterned background and colours can not always be changed on these.
Should I crop my images before emailing to you? TOP
No. We will crop the images for you. Please email the original image to us and specify what you would like done.
I have found another invitation that I like on another site, can you do this for me? TOP
We do not copy anyone else's designs. If you see something that you love elsewhere we suggest you purchase from that company.

Customers who have purchased a print yourself design have full re-print rights to their invitation or announcement however the design belongs to Photo Invitations and Announcements and cannot be re-sold or altered.
